Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Fantara is operated by Fantara, Inc. (“Fantara,” “we,” “us”). These Terms form an agreement between you and Fantara, Inc.. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.

2. The service

Fantara is a platform for original AI-native series from independent creators. Viewers can watch episodes, take part in fan activities, and support creators directly. Creators publish their series and manage fan activities through Fantara Studio.

Some episodes are free. Others are offered as paid early access before their public release. Some series or episodes may still be in development. Fantara is at an early stage, and features, prices, series, and availability may change.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fantara. To make a payment, you must be old enough to enter into a binding contract and to use a payment card where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who is.

4. Accounts and guest purchases

You can watch free episodes, vote, answer questions, and choose a side without an account. An account is required to post in The Hall, follow a series, and publish through Fantara Studio.

You may make a purchase as a guest using your email address. Access to a guest purchase is linked to that email address and to the browser you used. To keep access across devices, create an account with the same email address.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity under it. Do not share your account, use it to abuse the service, or use it to redistribute content.

5. Payments

Fans can make the following one-time payments on Fantara:

• Early access unlocks, which give you access to a specific episode before its public release.
• Character tips and creator gifts, which are voluntary payments to support a creator.
• Project contributions, which support a creative project a creator has described (see section 6).

All payments are one-time charges at the price shown before checkout, in US dollars. None of them is a subscription or creates recurring charges. Tips, gifts, and project contributions do not purchase goods, ownership, or any interest in a series or its creator.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Fantara does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Payments are generally final. If an unlocked episode will not play, you were charged more than once, or a payment or access problem occurs, contact us at support@reveliolabs.app and we will work to resolve it, including by issuing a refund where appropriate. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.

6. Project funding

Creators may invite fans to contribute toward a creative project with one or more funding goals and rewards. The creator is solely responsible for describing the project accurately and for delivering what they commit to. Fantara does not guarantee that a project will be completed, that a goal will be reached, or that a reward will be delivered.

If a creator does not deliver on a commitment, or a payment is fraudulent, Fantara may, at its discretion, refund contributions.

7. Fan participation and community posts

Series may invite you to vote, answer questions, choose a side, or post in The Hall. Your participation may inform a creator’s decisions, but it does not guarantee that any episode, storyline, feature, or release date will happen.

You keep ownership of what you post or submit. You grant Fantara, Inc. and the creator of the series a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use your posts, answers, and other submissions in connection with that series and the Fantara service. Creators may use ideas you submit without any obligation to you.

Hall posts, and any name or message you add to a tip or gift, may be visible to other users. Do not submit anything confidential or anything you do not have the right to share.

8. Community standards

When you use Fantara, you agree not to post, publish, or submit content that:

• is unlawful, or promotes unlawful activity;
• sexualizes minors in any way;
• harasses, threatens, or promotes hatred against any person or group;
• infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• impersonates any person or misrepresents your affiliation with anyone; or
• contains spam, malware, or deceptive material.

We may remove content, hide a series or creator page, or restrict an account that violates these standards or these Terms.

9. Content and intellectual property

Series, episodes, and related materials on Fantara belong to their creators, to Fantara, or to their licensors. Watching or unlocking an episode gives you a personal, non-transferable right to stream it on Fantara. It does not transfer ownership of any episode or series.

You may not copy, download, redistribute, resell, publicly screen, or scrape Fantara content, or use it to train machine learning models, without our written permission. You may not attempt to bypass paywalls, access controls, or security features.

10. Creator terms

This section applies if you publish on Fantara through Fantara Studio, including a series, episodes, characters, images, questions, sides, projects, or any other material shown to fans. You accept it when you set up your creator page, and in any event before you publish.

Rights in your content. You represent that you own, or have all necessary permissions for, everything you publish, including video, images, music, voices, characters, and any person’s likeness. If you use AI tools, you are responsible for holding the rights those tools require and for complying with their terms. You may not publish a real person’s likeness or voice without their consent.

Ownership and license. You keep ownership of your content. You grant Fantara, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, stream, display, and promote your content on and in connection with Fantara, including using your titles, artwork, and short excerpts to promote your series. This license lasts while your content is on Fantara and for a reasonable period afterward to remove it.

Content standards. Your content must comply with the community standards in section 8. We may hide or remove a series, episode, post, or creator page that does not, and may suspend the associated account.

Commitments to fans. When you offer early access, rewards, or project funding goals, you must describe them accurately. Each funding goal that is reached is a commitment you agree to fulfil. If you do not deliver, or a payment is fraudulent, we may refund fans.

Fees. Fans pay Fantara, Inc., through Stripe, for unlocks, tips, gifts, and project contributions on your series. Fantara charges a platform fee of 10% of each transaction plus $0.30 per transaction, deducted from the amount the fan pays. There is no fee to set up a creator page or to publish.

Payouts. Fantara currently pays creators directly. The payout method and schedule are agreed with you before you enable paid features. You are responsible for any taxes due on the amounts you receive.

Fan information. Information fans share through your series, including written answers and Hall posts, may be used only to run your series on Fantara. You may not use it to contact fans outside Fantara or disclose it to anyone else.

Removing content. You may hide your series or any part of it at any time. If you remove an episode that fans have paid to unlock, we may refund those fans.

11. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on Fantara infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us at support@reveliolabs.app with a description of the work, the location of the material on Fantara, and your contact details. We will review the request and may remove the material.

12. Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Fantara at any time. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Fantara at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, abuses the service, creates risk for Fantara or its users, or infringes the rights of creators or others.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Fantara is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Fantara, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of Fantara. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. If a change materially affects account holders, we may also notify them by email. Continued use of Fantara after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
